PRE-TREATMENT
Avoid sun exposure for 3 days before treatment.
Use sunscreen (SPF30+) every day.

POST-TREATMENT
Use sunscreen daily and avoid sun exposure.
Avoid heat, sauna or exercise for 24 hours after treatment.
There may be slight redness and peeling-this is normal and will go away within a few hours or weeks.
